Terms of Use

Version 2026-10-17. हिंदी में पढ़ें. ZEKO is operated by Natyno, an Udyam-registered business in India.

Using ZEKO

  • ZEKO is a study aid. It helps you practise and track progress; it does not guarantee any exam result.
  • Parent and teacher accounts are for adults.
  • Keep your password to yourself. One account is for one person.

Be fair

  • Don't try to break, overload or get around ZEKO's security, or reach anyone else's account or data.
  • Don't use bots or scripts to create accounts or to earn points, medals or leaderboard places.
  • Only upload material you have the right to use. Don't upload anything harmful, hateful or that shows another person without their permission.
  • Be kind in anything other students or teachers can see.

We may pause or close an account that breaks these rules, and will tell you why.

Content

Study material in ZEKO is either written for ZEKO or based on public curriculum documents such as NCERT textbooks. Answers from the AI tutor can be wrong — check anything important with your teacher or textbook. What you upload stays yours; you let ZEKO store and process it only to make study material for you.

Plans and payments

ZEKO has a free trial and paid plans (monthly and yearly) for individuals, and School Packs for schools. The price, including GST for individual plans, is shown before you pay, in Indian rupees. Payments are handled by our payment partner; we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Paid plans renew until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time. Cancellation and refunds are covered in the Refund Policy; how access is delivered is in the Delivery Policy. School arrangements follow the contract agreed with the school.

Your data

How we collect and use personal data is explained in the Privacy Notice, which is part of these terms. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

Changes and law

If these terms change in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app before the change applies. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in India have jurisdiction. Questions: see Contact Us.
